Following a generalized training app or program may not get you where you need to go. That's where 1-on-1 coaching comes in.

In my process we:

​

1. Assess your strength, mobility, and motor control based upon the goals you have

2. Address the capacities that are holding you back through training that's specific to the needs we discovered in the assessment

3. Apply and integrate what we've practiced to the skills that you're working on into flows, higher level skills or the things you care about in real life — like going hiking with less knee pain, or monkeying around with your kids.

Need more live coaching accountability and guidance? 

Get up to 2 live sessions a week (virtually or in-person) with personalized programming.

Accountability Buddy

Just need a really smart buddy to

1. Keep you accountable to help you complete your workouts

AND

2. Coach you on the skills you're working on?

This option is for you.

Work with me via mobile app as we work together through one of the awesome Queer Calisthenics programs. *Must own one of the programs to pick this option*​

Routines

Have no problem doing your practice on your own, but need a plan to follow? Get a personalized training plan via mobile app, with unlimited video review and one monthly check-in call.

Each subscription is a 3-month initial commitment, then becomes a month-to-month, "cancel anytime" situation.
